Using evidence-based integrative methods whilst providing space for you as the client to find your essence. We support you through the most intense period of grief and bereavement. Grief does not only emanate from death, particularly with the most recent events, grief can come in the form of a loss of aspirations, relationships or life as you knew it. We journey with you to find some ease through your suffering, negotiate transitions and learn from your suffering.
