Technology has changed the way we live our lives and how families function. An amazing tool when used appropriately, however, technology can also be a distraction. We use a wide variety of treatment approaches and strategies that combine the best of traditional psychotherapeutic treatments along with newer, complementary approaches to establish healthier ways of engaging with technology, both as individuals and in our families.
